Job Description
“We seek enthusiastic, highly motivated people to join our international research group working on immune cell heterogeneity during cardiac regeneration and remodeling. The current project involves the characterization of mouse mutants in different disease models, including functional, histological, transcriptional, and protein biochemical analysis. Experience with animal models and solid knowledge in bioinformatics to analyze single-cell RNAseq data and immunology is highly appreciated. Salaries will be based on previous experience according to TVöD guidelines.”

Specifically, the candidate’s work focus will be on the development, application and validation of novel bioinformatic analyses and workflows in the area of NGS including transcriptomics, epigenomics and spatial transcriptomics.”
