Indication: Chronic weight management in adults with BMI ≥30 kg/m² (obesity) or BMI ≥27 kg/m² (overweight) with at least one weight-related comorbidity such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or dyslipidemia, as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Reduction of major adverse cardiovascular events (CV death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, or non-fatal stroke) in adults with established cardiovascular disease and either obesity or overweight. Treatment of noncirrhotic metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis (stages F2 to F3) in adults, approved under accelerated approval pathway

Mechanism of Action: GLP-1 Receptor Agonist mimics the glucagon-like peptide-1 hormone to suppress appetite, slow gastric emptying, and promote satiety via central and peripheral GLP-1 receptor activation.
