Merck SPR2015 KRAS G12D Inhibitor Deal Strengthens Oncology Pipeline Through $2.13 Billion Agreement
Merck has entered into an exclusive global licensing agreement with SciBrunch Therapeutics for SPR2015, a preclinical oral KRAS G12D inhibitor, in a transaction valued at up to $2.13 billion, including a $400 million upfront payment.
