AbbVie Q3 2026 Results and Pipeline Milestones: Apogee, Juvmo, Skyrizi and Etentamig

AbbVie completed its acquisition of Apogee Therapeutics, adding zumilokibart, a late-stage half-life extended IL-13 antibody for atopic dermatitis, and APG273, a long-acting IL-13 and TSLP combination for asthma. At the 2026 European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress, Phase 2 APEX Part B data showed all three zumilokibart dose regimens met the primary EASI-75 endpoint at week 16 versus placebo. Acquisition and integration costs in the quarter primarily reflect the Apogee transaction.

Among the pipeline updates tied to AbbVie Q3 2026 Results, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Skyrizi for subcutaneous induction in moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease, supported by the Phase 3 AFFIRM study. The agency also approved a prescribing information update allowing clinicians to use judgment on tuberculosis testing across all Skyrizi indications, and AbbVie submitted a matching application to the European Medicines Agency. Phase 2a TARGET-CD data for ABBV-466, a Skyrizi plus ABBV-382 combination, showed higher endoscopic remission at Week 12 than either monotherapy, and Rinvoq vitiligo studies Viti-Up-1 and Viti-Up-2 showed continued repigmentation through week 76.

In neuroscience, the FDA approved Juvmo (tavapadon) tablets for adults with Parkinson’s disease, described as the only selective D1/D5 receptor agonist for the indication and supported by the Phase 3 TEMPO program. The Phase 3 LUNA study of Qulipta (atogepant) in menstrual migraine met its primary endpoint and all eight ranked secondary endpoints. Separately, Phase 3 INTREPID results showed lutikizumab met its primary HiSCR 75 endpoint at Week 16 in hidradenitis suppurativa, with regulatory submissions planned for the second half of 2027, which is a forward-looking statement.

On the oncology side of AbbVie Q3 2026 Results, AbbVie submitted a Biologics License Application for etentamig in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, citing Phase 3 CERVINO results with a 74 percent overall response rate. AbbVie and Genmab reported positive Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 topline results for Epkinly with R-CHOP, with a 51 percent reduction in the risk of progression or death. AbbVie Q3 2026 Results Outlook: Raised EPS Guidance and 5.2% Dividend Increase

AbbVie raised its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance from a range of $13.76 to $13.96 to a range of $13.95 to $13.99. The new range includes an unfavorable $0.69 per share impact from acquired IPR&D and milestones expense incurred year-to-date through the third quarter. The guidance excludes any acquired IPR&D and milestones that may be incurred beyond the third quarter, because the company says they cannot be reliably forecasted.
