AstraZeneca Q3 2026 results, published on 30 October 2026, show total revenue of $46.9bn for the first nine months, up 7% at constant exchange rates (CER). Core earnings per share (EPS) reached $8.00, up 14%. The figures come from the company’s 9M and Q3 2026 results press release, which is intended for investor audiences and financial and business media.
Double-digit growth in Oncology, Respiratory & Immunology and Rare Disease drove the performance. That growth offset headwinds from loss of exclusivity for Farxiga and Brilinta and from volume-based procurement in China. Core operating profit was $16.4bn, also up 14% at CER.
Chief Executive Officer Pascal Soriot pointed to “strong commercial momentum” and said the company is on track for its 2030 ambition. He cited approvals for four new medicines and 12 positive Phase III programme readouts. AstraZeneca says these carry collective peak year revenue potential well in excess of ten billion dollars. The AstraZeneca Q3 2026 results also reconfirm full-year guidance.
AstraZeneca Q3 2026 Results: Revenue, Core EPS and Guidance in Detail

AstraZeneca reconfirmed its FY2026 guidance at CER. Total Revenue is expected to increase by a mid-to-high single-digit percentage and Core EPS by a low double-digit percentage. The Core tax rate is expected to fall between 18% and 22%. The company does not give guidance on a Reported basis because it cannot reliably forecast certain items, including fair value adjustments, impairment charges and legal settlement provisions.
