Merck KGaA CDMO Divestment: Lonza to Acquire Life Science CDMO Business for Mid-Triple-Digit Million Euros
Merck KGaA has signed a definitive agreement to divest its CDMO business to Lonza for a mid-triple-digit million-euro amount. The deal covers five US-based operations and is expected to close in mid-2027.
